How Whole
Body Vibration Works
Whole Body Vibration induces many vibrations per
second in your whole body. All the muscles affected
respond with a stretch reflex, that is, they
contract and relax automatically. Of course it
varies from person to person, but frequencies above
15 Hz can cause intense muscle contractions. It
